Day at Department Giveaway – Leeds Dock

1. Giveaway Overview
The “A Day at Department” giveaway offers 10 businesses the chance to experience a complimentary day at Department Leeds Dock, which includes:

  • Use of The Workshop meeting room from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Use of Department’s breakout areas and lounge seating within the coworking space.
  • Complimentary Condition gym passes for team members.
  • Member discounts on food and drinks at Fearns during the visit.
  • Bottomless tea & coffee from Department’s communal kitchens.
  • 1 hour exclusive use of Department’s private cinema – no content will be provided but HDMI connectivity is available.

2. Eligibility
2.1. This giveaway is open to businesses located and registered in Leeds and the surrounding Yorkshire areas.
2.2. Eligible businesses must have between 8-30 employees.
2.3. Only one entry per business is permitted.

3. Entry Period
3.1. The giveaway opens on 02.01.25 and closes at 11:59 PM on 17.01.25.
3.2. Entries submitted before or after the closing date will not be considered for the giveaway but may receive information related to Department’s products or services.

4. How to Enter
4.1. Businesses can enter the giveaway by completing the official entry form available at [https://departmentuk.com/all/win-a-day-at-department-leeds-dock/]
4.2. Entrants must provide accurate business details, including company name, size, and contact information.

5. Selection of Winners
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 21.01.25.
5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, an alternative winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details
6.1. Use of The Workshop is limited to a single day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on a mutually agreed date within 2025. Redeemable dates are subject to availability and Department reserves the right to rearrange any agreed dates if necessary. 
6.2. Condition gym passes are valid only on the chosen day and cannot be redeemed on other dates.
6.3. Complimentary coffee and food discounts at Fearns are applicable only on the chosen day.
6.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

7. Limitations

7.1. Condition gym usage is subject to Condition’s health and safety requirements. 

7.2. Condition gym reserve the right to limit gym usage to off peak timings in the event of full capacity. 

7.3. The Workshop has a seating capacity of 10 people. For businesses requiring space for more than 10 attendees, Department will aim to locate an additional and/or alternative area. However, Department cannot guarantee availability of alternatives, nor the same level of amenities and HDMI connectivity. 

7.4. Use of Department’s WIFI is in accordance with our fair usage policy. 

8. General Terms
8.1. Department reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Department is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or other issues.
8.3. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with Department’s privacy policy, available at [link to privacy policy].
9.2. Winners agree that Department may use their business name for promotional purposes related to the giveaway and marketing of Department Leeds Dock on online or offline channels.
