A New Chapter at Campfield

Having been a member of Department since 2022 at Bonded Warehouse, Ultimate recently made the move to the newly opened Campfield campus, becoming one of its founding members. The decision, they say, was driven by a desire to be part of something new, a space that would reflect the agency’s forward-thinking ethos.

“The moment we toured Campfield, we could picture ourselves here,” they share. “It was bright, contemporary, and everything we wanted our workspace to be. Being one of the first to move in gave us the opportunity to help shape a new creative community, in a setting that felt completely on-brand for us.”

Community, Creativity and Growth

Since moving in, Ultimate has thrown itself into life at Campfield. The team has enjoyed being part of the launch events and activations that have brought the building to life, helping to build momentum and energy from the ground up.

“The building is constantly buzzing with activity” Richard says. The community team at Department, especially Alan, has really supported our relocation, making the transition effortless. “From day one, we felt part of something exciting.”

Campfield: A space designed for collaboration

Campfield’s design and facilities have already become integral to how Ultimate works. The flexible breakout spaces, meeting pods and collaboration zones provide the ideal environment for client sessions, strategy workshops and creative brainstorms.

“When we want a more relaxed atmosphere, we’ll take clients to the café downstairs. It’s easy, informal and perfectly suits the way we like to work,” they add. “And we still use the amenities at Bonded Warehouse when needed, especially for larger team days in the Workshop. It gives us the flexibility to work how and where we need to.”

Looking ahead

As one of Campfield’s founding members, Ultimate is helping to shape a growing creative ecosystem in the heart of Manchester. The move marks a new chapter, one defined by community, creativity and technology.
