As founders Jim Fell and Shaun Adams put it, they saw too many lenders focusing solely on transactions, leaving customers vulnerable during tough times. The results speak for themselves. They’re doubling collection rates for their partners and helping prevent missed payments before they damage relationships between lenders and borrowers.
