Hot & Resident Desk Offer March 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOT DESK AND RESIDENT DESK PROMOTIONAL OFFER (“the Offer”)

  1. The Offer applies to new workspace agreements for new members only at Department XYZ, Department Campfield and Department Bonded Warehouse. It is not available to existing Department members currently occupying workspace at any Department location.
  2. The Offer applies exclusively to hot desk memberships and resident desk memberships and does not apply to private offices, event spaces or any other workspace products.
  3. The Offer is only valid for enquiries received directly via the contact forms available on departmentuk.com and is not available where a third‑party agent or broker is involved.
  4. Hotdesk membership pricing under the Offer shall be as follows:
    1. Months 1–3: £33.33 + VAT per calendar month
    1. Months 4–12: £200 + VAT per calendar month
    1. Total price: £1,900 (equivalent to £158 + VAT average pcm)
  5. Resident desk membership pricing under the Offer shall be as follows:
    1. Months 1–3: £33.33 + VAT per calendar month
    1. Months 4–12: £300 + VAT per calendar month
    1. Total price: £2,800 (equivalent to £233 + VAT average pcm)
  6. A minimum term of 12 months applies to all memberships under the Offer. Shorter terms will not qualify.
  7. The Offer is valid only for enquiries received on or before 31 March 2026.
  8. Department reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time. The value, availability and scope of the Offer are entirely at Department’s discretion and the Offer is subject to change.
  9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless expressly agreed by Department in writing.
