The judges were impressed by how we repurpose heritage buildings into impressive, high-performing workspaces with a strong community feel. That’s something we’ve always believed in, and it’s wonderful to see it recognised at this level.

Our consistently high standards mean that our members genuinely want to stay and grow with us. We’re currently at 90% occupancy across our private workspace estate, with 2,906 active workspace members and 369 businesses across our estate.
Our portfolio spans some of the most distinctive buildings in Manchester and Leeds, spaces we’ve sensitively and thoughtfully repurposed to meet the demands of modern flexible working.
