In the industrial heart of the world’s first industrial city, we’ve transformed a remarkable piece of history into a cultural workspace destination. Bonded Warehouse was built as a railway terminus, then became part of the Granada Studios complex, and is now a thriving community of creative and digital businesses.

We’ve restored its beautiful industrial architecture throughout, and added a café, content studios, private workspace, a clubhouse, and a gym and wellness centre. When can I access our private workspace?

If you have a private workspace in Bonded Warehouse, Leeds Dock, Globe or XYZ you can access your workspace 24/7. Our team are on-site to support you during business hours from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

What types of workspace are available at Bonded Warehouse?

Bonded Warehouse offers coworking areas, hot desks, dedicated resident desks, private offices and enterprise floors.

Do I get discounts on bars and eateries in St. John’s?

Members benefit from discounts at local bars and eateries in the St. John’s area, with many promotions being advertised on the Community App.

Can I book meeting rooms and studios?

Absolutely — meeting rooms and creative studios can be booked via the community portal, with discounted rates for members. Non-members can book here
